Delivery & Shipping

Whilst we endeavour to despatch your Muso Casa purchase to you as soon as possible, we can only do this once our payment gateway, Razorpay, have approved the payment. If for any reason your payment is rejected or not authorized then we will contact you via email to process the payment. 

All our products will be shipped in our eco packaging option which is 100% recyclable.

Confirmation mail will be received once order has been placed.

Product will be shipped between 4 to 7 working days.

Shipping companies FedEx, DHL or any other express shipping.

When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email, which will include your tracking number. You can track and trace your order using this link.

 We will not be liable for a lost or missing order that has been signed for in a building, for example an office address that has been provided for delivery.

We will not be liable for a lost or missing order that has been signed for at the address given by you by somebody other than you (for example, in an office address). Please make sure to double check the address entered by you.

When placing your order please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct as we are unable to redirect packages once an order has been processed. You are responsible for any inaccurate or incomplete details provided to us.

Duties

Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. Muso Casa takes no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case such taxes and duties are not accepted and settled by the recipient at the delivery address, and will not provide any refunds in such cases.

Muso Casa is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
