At Muso CasaTM, we continually strive to offer the best service possible to our customers shopping online with us. However, in the unlikely event that your parcel arrives damaged, it must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the order. After the approval from our contact support team, your purchase(s) must be returned in the original packaging, in a saleable condition with all labels and tags attached. Upon return, all items are inspected by our customer services team before your refund is processed. The cost of the return shipping will not be compensated by Muso Casa and will have to be entirely borne by the customer. We do not offer exchanges on our products.
Please purchase items with care and by checking all sizes. Our contact support team is always available in case there is any query about fittings and measurements and helping you find the right size. If something is being returned, please ensure that it is in perfect received condition. This means that is must be clean (no deodorant, perfume or make-up stains), unworn and unwashed. Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.
