How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Every product in our store is crafted to order, guaranteeing the creation of a unique and personalized piece exclusively for you upon placement of your order during our special event days. The order will be dispatched from Mumbai, India, and the entire process, from production to shipment, delivery, and arrival, usually takes approximately 2 months.
What if I am not able to place the order on the special event day?
If you wish to purchase one of our products but anticipate being unable to do so on the special event day, we kindly ask that you contact us in advance to make the necessary arrangements.
Can I cancel my order once I place it?
If you have made a purchase of our product and subsequently decided to revoke the transaction, it is possible to initiate a cancellation within the initial 48 hours following the purchase.
What is the return/exchange policy?
Since our products are made-to-order, we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges unless the order is received damaged. If you require assistance with sizes or designs, our concierge is available to address any inquiries prior to making a purchase. What can I do if my order arrives damaged?
We ensure that all quality tests are conducted prior to dispatching the order. Nevertheless, should any damage occur during transit, we kindly request that you notify us within 24 hours of delivery, providing photographic evidence. Following this, we will endeavor to find the best possible solution for the situation.
